I’m not sure about popular but the one that worked for my Husband is the following.
1. Stop caffeine.
2. Timed release Niacin 750 mg dosage. The pharmacy keeps it behind the counter although it is not a prescription. He stayed on it for several years to stop the noise in his ears.
He had horrible Tinnitus and Meneres for years. It kept it under control but once he stopped caffeine the noise stopped completely. Of course now he has about 50% hearing loss in both ears. Be prepared for hearing aids. But you can get the little ones now. He had his for a week before I knew he had it.
3. For the sinus and to clear it out. Take a hand towel, dampen it and heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds. Lay it on your face (careful it will be hot, but that’s the point) to heat up your sinuses and make them drain.
