Can I still get called back into the Army if I have a 60% service connected disability? I am in the IRR.?

I have been given a disability rating of 60% for (PTSD 50% and tinnitus 10%). I have been out of the Army for 3 years but I still have one more year of IRR duty. I haven”t reported in to any muster since leaving the Army and want to know if there is a chance that I would be recalled even though I am now disabled.
I wasn”t discharged for my disabilities. I filed through the VA after I got out and that is what they determined. I am now receiving compensation benefits from the VA.

No, not even a chance of it, anything over 50% and your pretty much unable to do much of anything!

You would know that if you went to the VA or had a case worker (you need one to continue claiming a disability), so who told you that you have a disability in the first place?
