Tinnitus Miracle by Thomas Coleman is very comprehensive book and I won’t say that its a scam.
However, It’s not a “magic bullet” and you will need to follow the steps in the tinnitus miracle book for at least few weeks if you want to see any results.
I can’t compare this book to others but I found it to be very useful for me.
