This prediction reveals just how it is all about.

Around 66 million Americans suffer from tinnitus. Tinnitus has many causes, including inflammation of the ear, brain lesions, stress, Menieres disease, exposure to loud music and so the list goes on. Tinnitus is also experienced differently by different people. This is one of the reasons why doctors find tinnitus so difficult to treat. Have you ever been told by your doctor that you “just have to live with it”? The good news is that you don’t as help for tinnitus is finally here.

Tinnitus is not a disease. It’s just a sign that an area of the body is not working as it should. Find the cause of your tinnitus, what the body is not happy with and you will find the help for tinnitus you so desperately need. Very often where medication is causing the ringing or buzzing in the ears, a change of medication is all that’s required to stop it. In cases however where the cause of the ringing is not known, the most effective help for tinnitus is a long-term holistic approach where you take an active role in finding the cure for your T. This new holistic help for tinnitus is based around 3 areas: New Tinnitus

Lifestyle Changes

Small changes in your lifestyle can make a big difference to volume and frequency of the sounds you are hearing. Your diet should include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, protein and whole grains. Vitamins B1, 6 and 12, C and D are thought to reduce tinnitus symptoms as are the minerals, iron, zinc and manganese. Avoid citrus fruits, caffeine, alcohol and cut out processed and junk foods altogether. They contain high levels of salt, saturated fats and flavour enhancers which can constrict blood flow and oxygen to the inner ear. Keep a log of what you eat and if any food makes your symptoms worse, cut it out altogether.

Boosting your Immune System

Boosting your immune system will keep your whole body functioning well and keep illnesses away such as flu or strep sore throat that would make you T. worse. Take daily exercise even if it’s just a daily walk around the block. This and activities such as yoga and swimming will also reduce the stress you are understandably feeling. A good night’s sleep is one of the most difficult things to achieve when you are plagued with incessant buzzing and hissing but is something that really works wonders for a strong immune system. Try to take naps in the day, listen to white noise through an MP3 or use a white noise machine to mask unwanted sounds at night.

Alternative therapies and treatments

Alternative therapies and treatments used as part of a healthy lifestyle can reduce or completely eliminate tinnitus symptoms. Take the time to try them until you find a combination of treatments that work for you. Suffering from Ringing Ears and Tinnitus? Get your life back forever by checking out New Tinnitus now.

TINNITUS CAUSE – SENSORINEURAL HEARING LOSS

TINNITUS CAUSE: SENSORINEURAL HEARING LOSS

Sensorineural hearing loss is a condition in which sound reaches the inner ear but a person is unable to process it properly. This type of hearing loss occurs because of a problem in the inner ear, the cochlear nerve, or rarely, a problem within the brain. The most common cause of sensorineural hearing loss is due to damage of the tiny hair cells of the inner ear, located along the cochlear nerve in the cochlea. These hairs carry information about hearing, which is interpreted by the brain. Damage or infection to these hairs are a very common cause of ear ringing Tinnitus head noises. The vestibular nerve carries information related to balance on to the brain. These two nerves are connected and together are called the vestibulocochlear nerve, or commonly called the auditory nerve. This nerve can be damaged with age or from repeated exposure to loud noise, referred to as acoustic trauma and resulting in associated Tinnitus head noise symptoms. Nerves that relay sound impulses can become damaged as a result of disease (such as multiple sclerosis), having a stroke, or from a tumor. Sensorineural hearing loss’ root cause is due to a problem with the vestibulocochlear nerve system.

Remembering that Tinnitus is not a disease in and of itself, but a consequence of an underlying condition, correct diagnosis of the condition along with a holistic heath based approach to hearing and immune system support offers the best opportunity for improvement.

Curing Tinnitus head noise symptoms can never be achieved by tackling one of the many factors responsible for Tinnitus . If you’ve ever tried to cure your Tinnitus using a one-dimensional treatment like drugs, herbal supplements or even detox diets and failed it’s probably because you have tackled only one aspect.

Surgery should be considered only when there is a clear structural reason for tinnitus that can be improved with surgery. One should only consider surgery for tinnitus if you were diagnosed with a tumor, otosclerosis, or fistula. Fortunately, these conditions are rare.

Tinnitus is triggered by multiple internal factors and therefore can only be treated by tackling all of those internal elements responsible for tinnitus and not by masking the noise or by calming the muscles or nerves of the outer ear (as with laser treatments for tinnitus, for example). The only way you can ever cure your tinnitus is by correctly diagnosing your condition from within by listening to what your body is trying to tell you, work with it and free yourself.

Where Will I Find Lasting Tinnitus Relief?

This question is frequently asked when strange noises refuse to go away after a cold or infection, an ear injury or a serious knock on the head, or indeed for any other reason, and your doctor has diagnosed tinnitus as the cause. Then you are going to be seeking tinnitus relief to get rid of those sounds so you can return to a normal life.

It was an ear injury followed by a heavy cold that caused my first experience of tinnitus and after months of suffering, my own tinnitus relief came as a result of treatment for other conditions related to blood pressure and circulation. In the meantime I had also discovered just how many fellow sufferers are at their wits end trying to find a cure for tinnitus. These are the reasons for my continuing interest in the condition and in trying to help other sufferers find their own method of lasting relief.

Very often the cause of the onset of tinnitus is not obvious so if whistling or buzzing noises in your ears persist, whether you think you know the cause or not, the first thing you must do is seek professional medical advice. Whilst tinnitus itself is not considered a life threatening disease some causes of ringing ears are more serious and could need urgent attention. If tinnitus is diagnosed it is then you need to start your search for tinnitus relief.

The reason I say ‘start your search for tinnitus relief‘ is simply that it is unlikely your doctor will be able to precisely identify the cause and even if he does there is not yet any known prescribed medication that will cure the condition. Indeed many prescribed medications are known to make tinnitus symptoms worse not better.

So in the majority of cases tinnitus victims are left to find their own means of tinnitus treatment. Fortunately this is not as daunting a prospect as it was ten year ago when I had my first encounter and started seeking a cure for tinnitus. Nowadays there are many books written by past sufferers and the best of these give us a clear insight into the symptoms, causes and remedies of the disorder.

I have invested a great deal of time and energy reading books and articles on the subject, and speaking with fellow sufferers, and I can confidently assure you that rather than look to prescribed medication for your tinnitus remedy the holistic or whole person route is more likely to bring you lasting tinnitus relief. Simple changes in your diet, light exercise and a good sleep routine are easy to implement and can bring meaningful relief within a few days.

If you are seeking tinnitus relief as a new victim or a long suffering casualty your next move should be to learn more about the condition, read the evidence and testimonials of lasting relief written by past casualties, and then immediately take action to start your own tinnitus relief program.
