Hi, I am suffering with tinnitus, while searching the internet I found that this could be due to basilar migraine which I experienced from last few days. I want to know if you guys can suggest any remedy for this or some yoga/exercise for basilar migraine. Please help. Do you guys think basilar migraine and tinnitus is related in some manner.
Yes. Also have your doctor do blood work and test for low iron. Low iron causes tinnitus too.
I realise lots of people suffer tinnitus (noises in the ears) But i really suffer bad with it, and the problem is im deaf. I was deafened at age 26 quite suddenly for no known reason. Ive come to terms with it in a way, and got on with life, but the Tinnitus is driving me barmy. If you have tinnitus and can hear they can give masking devices to help but because im deaf there doesnt seem to be anything i can do, my doctor says i need to learn relaxation and try not to think about it – easier said than done! My head feels like it is in a vice and theres constant screaming in my ears (i can only compare the noise to that awful whine they used to play on the TV with the test card when transmission had finished – if you remember, sometimes its even worse than that!) At its worse i have comtemplated suicide, i cannot function or sleep with it. It never completely goes away but at times it diminishes enough for me to enjoy things and that is what keeps me going. But its getting worse.

the last few days ive been feeling weak. Yesterday I got really dizzy and had to sit down. My school nurse told me it could be due to many things but we pin pointed it down to my diet ( which was low Carb causing my bodysugar levels to be low). So i changed it. But just a few minutes ago my left ear just went deaf for 1 second and i got a burst of tinnitus and it’s slowly starting to fade but im worried. Somebody shot off a chinese firepooper close to my left ear a year ago and now i’m feeling sick. Could they be tied or could it also be due to high blood pressure maybe? HELP PLEASE! i meant to say Fire Cracker/Popper
Whatever it is that affects both hearing and balance is probably your inner ear.
There are a lot of things that do that, and you should see a doctor.
