    I just got a Marpac white noise machine to help me sleep but it sounds annoying, what can I do?

    does it take some getting used to? I’ve only used it one night so far, and it was kind of annoying although I eventually did fall asleep. What else can I use besides earplugs(they may lead to Tinnitus) to help block out noise?

    Turn it off and go to sleep. A glass of warm milk and a banana will help. The tryptophan in both will relax you.
