Pulsatile Tinnitus Migraine

Right upper and lower eyelid discomfort?

Had discomfort over right upper and lower eyelids for few years.Feels swollen .Family members plus close friends noticed swelling but doctors did not.Refered to Eye specialist .Had thorough check on right eye .Nothing abnormal detected. No check over eyelids. MRI ordered by ENT drs cos of pulsatile tinnitus.Right prominent jugular bulb seen.No treatment.History of right-sided migraine which occurs occasionally.The discomfort of right eyelid (upper and lower)and upper cheek is depressing me.Can anyone help? Thank you

If you are not getting anywhere with your present Dr then go to another and get a second opinion. Ask for another scan as things could have changed from the last time you had the scan done. Have you seen an ophthalmologist? They may be able to help a bit better than an ENT when it comes to your eyes. Keep going back to the Dr and demand that they do something, because if the symptoms are still there, then obviously there is something wrong.
