Muscle Tinnitus

Could this be an infectious diesease?

shooting pain all over the body (electric shocks)(1-2 seconds pin prick)
abdominal pain
hypersensitivity to sound
tinnitus
itchiness all over the body small red rash on the palm of hands
inbalance when walking
cannot concentrate properly
gassy stomach
stools sometimes not normal
muscle shaking all the time especially arms and calfs
chest pain but not that often

I been having electric like shocks/sharp pin pricks all over my body for three mths.It all started when the doctor withdrew blood to check for HIV ever since then i been having shooting pain all over my body .i have been to a neuro and he has done some blood test all came out normal except for my eosinophils they were higher then expected.
i am not sure what diesease i am fighting i hope ppl can shed some light on what i have.IS there anyone who has the same thing?
