Hearing Loss Ringing Ears

does the ringing in the ears means hearing loss later?

My right ear has been ringing since last year December, I am worried that one day I would loss hearing. A few month prior to the ringing, I had suddenly loss my hearing on my right ear after a day and half… it’s strange that this time is only the ringing but my hearing is still there.

it is called Tinnitus and can be caused by an ear infection.. you wont lose your hearing, it is treated by medication, surgery, alternative therapy, positive thinking, surgery etc..
