End Your Tinnitus

How do you stop ringing in your ears (Tinnitus)?
Had a few too many drinks and we ended up right by the speakers last night in the club. I was too drunk to care then, I suppose, but now I’m half deaf and my ears are ringing.
Is there a quick “fix”, or will it just have to go away on its own? Any advice appreciated.
I don’t know of any quick “fix” for tinnitus, (I would know, I’ve had it constantly for about 2 years now) It will just have to go away on it’s own, but if it persists for a while, then I would suggest going to an ENT.
